CODE OF ETHICS
SHDWCORP is committed to complying with the letter and spirit of all laws, regulations, contractual and ethical obligations to which the company is subject. As part of the company’s commitment to legal, moral and ethical business practices, the company has established a whistle-blowing policy for all members, those working on our behalf, or outside third parties to report issues regarding the company or its personnel. CODE OF CONDUCT
The Code of Conduct is easy to follow if employed here in the SHDWCORP. Those who disobey the conduct either get discharged, blacklisted, put on modified assignment or demoted.

5. TREASON OR MUTINY IS NOT ALLOWED, CAUGHT ATTEMPTING TO DO THIS WILL GET YOU BLACKLISTED PERMANENTLY

6. FAILURE TO FOLLOW THE RULES LISTED ABOVE WILL GET YOU KICKED OUT

7. EVERY MONDAY PUT YOUR SCHEDULE ON DISCORD UNDER
"SCHEDULES" RULES:
The Rules are pretty simple and not hard to follow. Every rule here is implemented to ensure the Commitment, Loyalty & Dedication Acts are followed to the "T".
1. Everyone is required to do 3 days a week for 3 hours a day. (Based on your Company, Platoon, Squad & Fire-Team, will depend on what days you are required to be online).
2. Everyone is required to be at 1 Company, Platoon and Squad Joint Training and Joint Operation once a month.
3. Squads & Fire-Teams must be online at least 3 times a week for 4 hours minimum.
4. Everyone is required to make recruitment posts on the required games that we are on.
5. Everyone MUST stay active on Discord
6. Officers are required to make 1 meeting a month
7. Company, Platoon & Squad Leaders are required to report to Command Every Sunday and Report their Sectors Progress at the end of the month. 8. Everyone must read the handbook CONSEQUENCES If the rules are not followed to the "T" then things can get hairy and the following can happen. - Failure to Follow any of the rules to the left, will equal to you being either - Demoted, Put on Modified Assignment or Kicked out
